  • Your request data is encrypted (AES-128) on your device so that Timelex, ClauseBase or any other third party cannot access the encrypted data unless they have the key. Thus, the data does not leave your device until the data is encrypted. The key is generated when you export the request from Rightso, so you as the requester are the only person who has access to this key. You then have complete control over what you do with the request (e.g., where you store it, who you forward it to, and through what channel you forward it).

  • The data is stored by ClauseBase on a European server (in Madrid by upcloud.com, a company of Finnish origin) and is always encrypted (AES-128). This encryption standard is considered very secure today.

  • Since the data is encrypted on the applicant's device and neither Timelex nor ClauseBase can decrypt it without the key, it is not possible for the data to be used by Timelex or ClauseBase for other (incompatible) purposes. In addition, Timelex has a processing agreement with ClauseBase for the storage of the encrypted personal data.

  • Rightso does not send the request directly to the organization and you will be informed about this before you can export the request. You are responsible for sending the request to the organization and this allows you to use channels that you consider most secure.

  • If you have made a mistake in the request, you can generate a new request and have us delete the incorrect request. For this we need the file name so ClauseBase can manually delete the (encrypted) data.

  • The import of the data by the organization is an important part of the concept of Rightso. If you do not agree to this, we ask that you not use Rightso in the first place. In any case, your data will be deleted after three months, but if you would like to have your data deleted sooner, you should contact us. We will need the file name for this so that ClauseBase can manually delete the (encrypted) data.

  • No, unless you have saved your file name and the key mentioned on the request. In that case you can import and consult your data again. In order to access your own data from the request, the file name and key are necessary. You must therefore take sufficient measures to ensure that you do not lose your file name and key or that they are not stolen. In any case, the encrypted data will only be kept for three months by ClauseBase.

  • In order to give you access to the data in the request, the file name and the key are necessary. It is impossible for Timelex or Clausebase to decrypt your data without this information. So keep your request carefully. In any case, the encrypted data will only be kept for three months by ClauseBase.

  • No. The terms of use expressly state that Timelex does not provide legal advice through Rightso. In addition, Timelex does not know your identity and therefore you cannot be considered a client of ours.
